All purchases made on CroppleFarms are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances as described below. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, expired, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item).
The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with valid proof (photos or videos).
