How to Make Garlic Pickle
Ingredients:
1 cup garlic cloves (peeled)
2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup mustard oil
2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice (optional, for preservation)
