How to Make Chilli Pickle – Quick Process
Ingredients:
100g green chillies (medium-hot or less spicy variety)
2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup mustard oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar (optional)
