Amla Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:
Amla (Indian gooseberries) – 250 grams (about 8–10 medium-sized)
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ½ tsp
Red chili powder – 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Asafoetida (hing) – a pinch
Salt – 1 tbsp (or to taste)
Lemon juice – 2–3 tbsp (optional, for extra tang)
